Thanks for all your help over the
last couple of years! We are making great progress on the
your program of getting out of debt. As I had mentioned to
you when I first met with you, American Excess would not
work with us at all. I told them that the company I worked
for went bankrupt and all I could find was a part time job
and it took me 14 months to finally get a full time job.
Even then, I made about $30k less than my old job. I was
able to work out payment plans with all my other creditors
and am on the road to getting them all paid off within the
next couple of year. |

Last week I received a letter from
AMEX that made me very nervous and caused me to not be able
to sleep. After talking with you, I felt much better
knowing what they were asking me to do was wrong. I
followed your advice and called them. After two years of
them demeaning me and telling me I was a bum, basically,
they finally came to their senses and realized I did not
have the amount of money they wanted to pay off the debt.
They are now working with me on a realistic payment plan
that I can actually escalate down the road and get them
paid off as well. I told the person I spoke with that I
appreciated them working with me and I also asked why the
change of heart. He explained that they and AMEX have
finally realized that with the state of the economy in the
US, they had to change the way they operated and work a
reasonable plan with all the people that were in a similar
financial state like we were. |

My prayers have been answered and
God has proved to me once again that all I needed to do was
take a deep breath, depend on Him and He would take care of
us and He definitely has! God is soooo good! |

Thanks again for
your advice and we appreciate what you do in helping people! |

Thanks for
all of the guidance you have giving us in skillfully
navigating the waters concerning our home mortgage and other
debts. With your help, we have staved off the foreclosure
and saved the house. Every time a crisis erupted I was able
to hear your calm voice in the midst of our storms. Life is
good knowing we won’t lose our home. Thanks for all you
do. |
